Abstract

บทความนี้มีจุดมุ่งที่จะวิเคราะห์การบริหารจัดการกิจการคณะสงฆ์ไทยภายใต้ยุคโลกาภิวัตน์ทำให้พบว่า การบริหารจัดการศาสนสถานมีความจำเป็นที่ต้องดูแลสถานที่ให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งานมุ่งให้เกิดความสะดวก สะอาดและนำความสุขกาย สบายใจ ศาสนวัตถุควรดูแลเรื่องรูปเคารพต่างศาสนาไม่ควรมีในวัดและดูแลความสะอาดเป็นระเบียบ ศาสนพิธีควรเน้นปัญญาและการพัฒนาการใช้เวลาให้เหมาะสมไม่ออกนอกหลักไตรสิกขาและการแสวงบุญนอกเขตพระพุทธศาสนา ศาสนธรรมควรส่งเสริมให้มีการศึกษาแก่นธรรมคำสอน ทุกวัดต้องให้ความสำคัญกับพระภิกษุ สามเณรให้เข้าใจหลักธรรม ได้เรียนรู้และเผยแผ่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ศาสนบุคคลคือเป้าหมายการพัฒนาควรมอบบทบาทและการมีส่วนร่วมให้มาก นำวิธีการบริหารคน เงิน การจัดการการตลาด พร้อมด้วยคุณธรรม (5M) ปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกการรักษาและสืบทอดพระพุทธศาสนาด้วยการสร้างบุคลากรคุณภาพอย่างมีระบบ ทั้ง 5 ด้านเป็นภารกิจเร่งด่วนเพื่อการพัฒนาคณะสงฆ์ให้ก้าวไปพร้อมกันโลกยุคใหม่ 

This article aims to analyze the management Sangha Thailand under the age of globalization we found. Management of places of worship are needed to care facilities to suit the user intended to facilitate. Clean and well being artifacts should idols of different religions should not be in a clean and orderly. Ordinances should focus on intellectual and developmental spent appropriately and not out of the main threefold pilgrimage outside Buddhism. Teaching should be encouraged to study the core teachings. Every measure must give priority to the monks to understand the principles Missionaries and learn effectively. Religious people should be given the role of development goals and to contribute as much, By raising awareness, treatment, and Buddhism by building quality systems and personnel as the five priorities for development ministry to step along the way the modern world.
