จิตสำนึกในหน้าที่ของความเป็นครู CONSCIOUSNESS OF TEACHER DUTY

Abstract

    การมีจิตสำนึกสำหรับความเป็นครูนั้น เป็นสิ่งที่ครูทุกคนควรพึงมีติดตัวอยู่ตลอดเวลา การตระหนักถึงบทบาทและหน้าที่ของครูในการปฏิบัติงานด้วยความจริงใจ มีความรับผิดชอบ ทำหน้าที่อย่างเต็มความสามารถ และมีความศรัทธาในวิชาชีพของตน ซึ่งผู้เป็นครูจึงต้องควบคุมและเข้มงวดกับตนเองอย่างมากในด้านความรู้ความสามารถ เทคนิควิธีการสอน ความประพฤติ และคุณธรรม ในการใช้เป็นเครื่องกำหนดสติในการกระทำใดๆ ของตน เพื่อระงับอารมณ์ ความรู้สึก และพฤติกรรมในทางที่ไม่ดี ก็จะส่งผลให้สามารถปฏิบัติตนได้อย่างเหมาะสมกับภาพลักษณ์ของความเป็นครูที่ดี เพราะหน้าที่ครู คือ ผู้สั่งสอนให้ศิษย์เป็นคนดีมีความรู้ ดังนั้นเมื่อเข้าสู่วิชาชีพครูแล้วจะต้องตระหนักถึงจิตสำนึกของความเป็นครูให้ชัดเจน

      The conscious that all teachers should always bring for being teachers: Recognizing on role and duties, responsible in performing tasks in sincerely, faith in the profession and act as full ability. Teachers must be self-control and very strict in the field of knowledge and teaching techniques also be morals and virtues use as mind-machine in any actions. Must be self-control if there are some bad emotions feeling, they must be appropriately  suspend negative feeling, negative thinking, bad emotions and behaviors Therefore, good for the teacher's image, they must teach students to be goodness and knowledgeable. When entering the teacher's profession, they should be clearly conscious awareness in being teachers.
