Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

ต้นทุนการผลิตสูง ตลาดไม่แน่นอน ผลผลิตตกต่ำ เสี่ยงต่อภัยธรรมชาติ มีรายได้ไม่เพียงพอ และเป็นหนี้สิน ถือเป็นปัญหาสำคัญสำหรับเกษตรกร การจัดการต้นทุนจึงถือเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่จะเป็นตัวชี้วัดและบ่งบอกได้ว่าการเกษตรในปัจจุบันนี้จะมีโอกาสการอยู่รอดมากแค่ไหน ขณะเดียวกันการทราบต้นทุนที่แท้จริงยังจะมีส่วนช่วยให้เกษตรกรสามารถกำหนดรายละเอียดในการวางแผนการเพาะปลูกและการหาช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายให้เหมาะสมในอนาคตด้วย

การนำแนวคิดทางการบริหารจัดการของ Lean Thinkingมาประยุกต์ใช้ในภาคการเกษตร ไม่ได้มุ่งหมายเพียงแค่การกำจัดความสูญเปล่าในการเพาะปลูกเท่านั้นหากแต่แนวคิดแบบLean ยังมุ่งสู่การป้องกันการสูญเปล่าก่อนเกิดเหตุหรือเผชิญความเสี่ยงทำให้แนวคิดเกษตรวิถีที่ผสมผสานกลิ่นไอแนวความคิดแบบ Lean จึงเป็นการทำการเกษตรที่มุ่งหมายจะอยู่ร่วมกับธรรมชาติอย่างพึ่งพาอาศัย ธำรงรักษาไว้ซึ่งความยั่งยืน มีการพึ่งพาตนเองอย่างมีเหตุมีผลมีวิธีการจัดการต้นทุนการผลิตในขั้นตอนต่างๆ ผ่านกระบวนการวางแผนเพื่อลดความสูญเปล่าที่จะเพิ่มรายจ่าย มีการพัฒนาทางด้านทักษะการเรียนรู้แล้วนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติ จนเกิดประสบการณ์ที่ตกผลึกเป็นองค์ความรู้ในการ 1) ลดรายจ่าย 2) เพิ่มรายได้ และ 3) ขยายโอกาส เป็นการส่งเสริมให้เกิดการพอมี พอกิน และเลี้ยงดูครอบครัวให้มีความสุข มีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีขึ้น โดยการพึ่งพาตนเองบนพื้นฐานของความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ทั้งทางกาย ทางวาจาและทางใจ คำนึงถึงสังคมช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกันไม่เบียดเบียนสิ่งแวดล้อม และพึ่งพิงและแอบอิงกับธรรมชาติ

 ABSTRACT

In Thailand about agriculture, there are  high production costs, the market is uncertain, yields are down, risks to natural disasters, income is not enough cause to be debt. Considered a major problem for farmers,cost management is therefore an important factor to be an indicator and indicates how much agriculture today is likely to survive. At the same time, knowing the true cost will also help farmers to determine the details of the planting plan and find appropriate distribution channels in the future.

Applying the management concept of Learn Thinking to apply in agriculture. Not only intended to eliminate wastage in cultivation but the concept of Learn Thinking also aims to prevent wastage before the incident or face risks Making the agricultural way of thinking that combines the smell of the Learn Thinking concept, therefore, it is an agriculture that aims to coexist with the natural dependence maintain sustainability then rational self-reliance. There are ways to manage production costs in various steps. Through the planning process, reduce waste , increase expenses ,developing learning skills and leading to practice until the experience is crystallized into knowledgein 1) Reduce expenses 2) Increase revenue and 3) Expand opportunities, Expand opportunities to encourage enough to have enough to eat and raise a happy family then have a better life by self-reliance based on honesty, both physical, verbal and mental. Consider society, help each other, do not encroach on the environment,and rely on and snuggle with nature.
