บทคัดย่อ

บทความเรื่องนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายให้ได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับความเป็นมาของป่าชุมชนการต่อสู้ช่วงชิงความหมายระหว่างรัฐ ชุมชน สิทธิการรับรองทางกฎหมายป่าชุมชน การจัดการการใช้ของเจ้าของชุมชน และเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ ปรากฏการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในจังหวัดอุทัยธานี และบริเวณเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าห้วยขาแข้ง ในเนื้อหาอธิบายถึงความหมาย ยุคสมัยของการจัดการป่าไม้ไทย วัตถุประสงค์ของการส่งเสริมการจัดการป่าชุมชน พื้นที่ดำเนินโครงการป่าชุมชน กฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการดำเนินโครงการป่าชุมชน กรณีศึกษาในต่างประเทศ กลุ่มป่าชุมชนบริเวณเขตรักษาพันสัตว์ป่าห้วยขาแข้ง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ข้อมูลการจัดตั้งโครงการป่าชุมชนจังหวัดอุทัยธานี ผลการอนุมัติโครงการป่าชุมชน ปี พ.ศ. 2543 – ปัจจุบัน สำนักจัดการที่ดินป่าไม้ กรมป่าไม้ และผลการอนุมัติโครงการป่าชุมชน ปี พ.ศ. 2543 – ปัจจุบันส่วนการสรุปใช้ข้อมูลของป่าชุมชนที่อยู่บริเวณแนวเขตป่ากันชนห้วยขาแข้งช่วยเสริมเติมแต่งการมองประเด็นป่าชุมชนของชุดข้อมูลระดับท้องถิ่นและพื้นที่เป็นสำคัญในบทความนี้

 ABSTRACT

This article aims to learn about the history of the community forest,ravishment, fighting, ravishment meaning between states, communities, rights, legal certification, community forest. Using management of community owners and government officials that actual phenomenon in UthaiThani province. And HuaiKhaKhaeng Wildlife Sanctuary in the content describes the meaning the era of Thai forest management ,the objectives of promoting community forest management community ,forest project area, relevant laws and regulations benefits from the implementation of community forest, the projects Case Study abroad. Community forest group at HuaiKhaKhaeng Wildlife Sanctuary,data analysis using data on the establishment of UthaiThani Community Forest project results of community forest ,the project approvals, 2000 – present. Forest Land Management Bureau, Royal Forest Department and the results of community forest project approval 2000 – present. As for the summary, use of community forest information in the area of HuaiKhaKhaeng buffer zone, helping to enhance the view of community forest issues of local and area data sets is important in this article.
