การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติตามหลักพุทธวิถี

บทคัดย่อ

           การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เป็นกระบวนการที่ผู้บริหารมุ่งเน้นเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ภายในองค์การอย่างเต็มความสามารถ โดยใช้ทั้งกลยุทธ์และทักษะเพื่อพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีอยู่ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และมีการวางแผนอย่างเป็นระบบต่อเนื่องเพื่อจัดการให้มีการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน และประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินขององค์กร โดยใช้วิธีการฝึกอบรม จัดกิจกรรมที่จะเสริมสร้างและเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมของทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ด้วยการฝึกเจริญตามวิถีทางของการพัฒนาตนตามแนวทาง “สติปัฏฐาน 4” คือ ธรรมที่เป็นอารมณ์เป็นที่ตั้งแห่งสติ (ความระลึกได้) ได้แก่  1) กายานุปัสสนาสติปัฏฐาน  2) เวทนานุปัสสนาสติปัฏฐาน  3) จิตตานุปัสสนาสติปัฏฐาน 4) ธัมมานุปัสสนาสติปัฏฐาน ให้เป็นบุคลากรในสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ที่มีสติ มีความรู้ ความสามารถ ทักษะ และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานได้ยิ่งขึ้น รวมทั้งมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อหน้าที่ มีความรับผิดชอบ อันจะทำให้งานมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

Abstract  

            Human resource development is a process that focuses on the fully capable management of human resources in the organization, by using these strategies and skills to effectively develop human resources that are available. Planned and systematically continued are process to manage the development of capabilities in the performance of their policemen and efficient operation of the organization by practicing. Activities to enhance and change the behavior of human resources by practicing the prosperous way by developing the concept of "Consciousness Dharma 4.", justified as it was the site of consciousness. Include, 1.) Kayanupassanasatipattan 2.) Vedhananupassanasatipattan 3.) Jittanupassanasatipattan            4.) Dharmanupassatipattan.            For conscious, knowledge, skills and experience to perform even better of the policemen. As well as having a positive attitude towards their duties, have responsibility to make the job more efficiently.
