แนวทางการเสริมสร้างจริยาวัตรของพระสงฆ์บนฐานหลักธรรมไตรสิกขา กับหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของหลักธรรมไตรสิกขากับหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่มีต่อการพัฒนาจริยาวัตรของพระสงฆ์ และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างจริยาวัตรที่เหมาะสมของพระสงฆ์บนฐานหลักธรรมไตรสิกขาและหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ตำบลสวาย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุรินทร์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเอกสาร และการศึกษาข้อมูลภาคสนาม การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการประชุมกลุ่มสนทนากลุ่ม

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

           1.  ความสัมพันธ์ของหลักธรรมไตรสิกขากับหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่มีต่อการพัฒนาจริยาวัตรที่เหมาะสมของพระสงฆ์ ศีลเป็นการสำรวมในพระปาฏิโมกข์ เป็นหลักในการพิจารณาให้เข้าใจถึงหลักเกณฑ์ที่แท้จริงในการดำเนินชีวิตของพระสงฆ์ต้องตั้งอยู่ในจริยาวัตรที่เหมาะสมกับปัจจัยที่มีอยู่ ส่วนความพอประมาณ คือทำหน้าที่ของตนให้ดีรู้จักการจัดการอย่างฉลาดอาศัยศักยภาพของตนเป็นความสามารถในการปฏิบัติศาสนกิจต้องอาศัยหลักธรรมด้านศีลและหลักความพอประมาณ สมาธิและการมีเหตุผล คือสมาธิเป็นการศึกษาแสวงหาทางจิตใจเพื่อพัฒนาพฤติกรรมของพระสงฆ์ให้มีความสงบในจิต ไม่ฟุ้งซ่าน สามารถคิดไตร่ตรอง แยกแยะปัญหาและสิ่งต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น การมีเหตุผลสามารถแก้ปัญหาต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อตนเอง ต่อคณะสงฆ์ ต่อสังคม และต่อประเทศชาติบ้านเมืองโดยรวม

            2.  แนวทางการเสริมสร้างจริยาวัตรที่เมาะสมของพระสงฆ์บนฐานหลักธรรมไตรสิกขากับหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างจริยาวัตรของพระสงฆ์ตามรูปแบบการศึกษา เพื่อทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักธรรมไตรสิกขากับหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เป็นแนวทางการส่งเสริมเพื่อรักษากฎระเบียบหลักธรรมพระวินัยภูมิปัญญาอันดีงาม การดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของพระสงฆ์กำหนดขึ้นไปตามรูปแบบของท้องถิ่นหรือวัดที่พระสงฆ์อยู่จำพรรษาโดยมีจุดมุ่งหวังร่วมกันในการสร้างมาตรการปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้องตามหลักปรัชญาทั้งสองเพื่อเป็นแบบอย่างให้พุทธบริษัท และสร้างความเข้าใจให้เกิดขึ้นกับประชาชนทุกระดับ โดยอาศัยความร่วมมือจาก ส่วนราชการ และทุกภาคส่วนของประเทศ และเกิดการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเพื่อความยั่งยืนต่อไป

Abstract

                   The objectives of this were: 1) to study the relationship of the Buddhist Threefold (Tiskkha) principle and the philosophy of sufficiency economy on the development of the Buddhist monk’s ethical behavior; and 2) to study guidelines to enhance appropriate ethical behavior of the Buddhist monk based on the Buddhist Threefold (Tiskkha) principle and the philosophy of sufficiency economy. The study was conducted at Sawai sub-district in Mueang district, Surin province. Data were collected through documentary studies, filed-studies, in-depth interviews, and focused-group discussion.

            The study found that:

            1. The relationship of Sikhism with Sufficiency Economy Philosophy on the development of proper Buddhist monks. The precept is composed in the mahogany. It is important to understand the true norms in the conduct of a monk's life, in order to be appropriate to the factors that exist. Moderation to do their job well, to know smart management, to live up to their potential as the ability to practice the religion must be based on the principles of morals and modesty. Concentration and rationality to meditate are to seek the mind to develop the behavior of the monk to be calm in the mind, not to be distracted. Reasoning can solve the problems effectively and maximize self-esteem to the society and the nation as a whole.

            2. Guidelines for enhancing the monasticism of the monks on the basis of the three principles of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy. Focus on enhancing the ethics of the clergy according to the educational model. To understand the principles of Sikhism with the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy. It is a guideline to maintain the rules of the Vinaya. Sufficiency Economy philosophy of the monks is set up according to the local style or temples where the monks live, together with the common goal of creating practical measures in accordance with both philosophies. An example of a Buddhist company. And create understanding to the people at all levels. With the cooperation of the government and all sectors of the country. And the application of the philosophy of sufficiency economy to the next.
