ในการปฏิบัติราชการของหน่วยงานหรือองค์กรภาครัฐทุกหน่วย ให้ยึดประชาชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง โดยมุ่งเน้นให้ประชาชนได้รับการอำนวยความสะดวก และได้รับการตอบสนองความต้องการ ซึ่งได้แก่ การปฏิบัติราชการที่มุ่งเน้นความต้องการและความพึงพอใจของประชาชนผู้รับบริการเป็นหลัก และการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของตำรวจประจำสถานีตำรวจในแต่ละพื้นที่ ถือว่าเป็นบริบทในภารกิจหน้าที่ของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ และเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของงานตำรวจ ทั้งตำรวจนครบาลและตำรวจภูธร ที่จะเสริมสร้างความความศรัทธา ความเชื่อมั่น ความยุติธรรมในการให้บริการแก่ประชาชนที่มีต่อตำรวจ การนำหลักพุทธธรรมมาเป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนาและการบริหารสถานีตำรวจ เพื่อตอบสนองและแก้ปัญหาสังคมโลกยุคใหม่ที่เกิดขึ้นในสังคมปัจจุบัน ที่เต็มไปด้วยความสลับซับซ้อนโดยเฉพาะปัญหาการบริหารงานของสถานีตำรวจเพื่อประชาชน ด้านการบริหารและบริการทั่วไปด้วยหลักสังคหวัตถุ ด้านอำนวยความยุติธรรมทางอาญาด้วยหลักอคติ ด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินด้วยหลักฆราวาสธรรม ด้านการควบคุมและจัดการจราจรด้วยหลักสาราณียธรรม ด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาบุคคลด้วยหลักสัปปุริสธรรม เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานของสถานีตำรวจเพื่อประชาชนตามหลักพุทธธรรม ให้เกิดประสิทธิผลในการปฏิบัติงานให้สำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ

Bringing Buddhism as a tool in the development and management of the police station is a method to meet and solve social problems, the modern world society filled with complex issues, particularly the administration of the police station for identification. Administrative and general services with the primary objective Sangahavatthu Dharma, The criminal justice major with Prejudice Dharma, The security of life and property by the Kharavassadharma, traffic control, and management with Saraniyadharma. Management and development of people with Sappurisadharm take to enhance the administration of the police, according to the Buddha Dharma Effectiveness in working to achieve the objectives of the Police Department.
