บทคัดย่อ

                บทความฉบับมีความพยายามที่จะนำเสนอมุมมองในทางพระพุทธศาสนาที่จะสามารถเข้าไปเสริมการปฏิบัติงานด้านการบริการที่ดีในองค์กรภาครัฐได้อย่างไร ซึ่งพบว่า หลักพุทธธรรมต่าง ๆ ที่นำมาเสนอนั้นสามารถยกสมรรถนะให้กับบุคลากรของรัฐได้อย่างดียิ่ง ได้แก่ หลักเมตตาธรรม ที่ประกอบด้วยการเห็นประชาชนมีความสุขอย่างเท่าเทียมกัน หลักศีลธรรมเป็นการมองถึงกฎเกณฑ์การบริการที่ดีจะช่วยให้เกิดความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยต่อการบริการประชาชนอย่างเป็นระบบมากยิ่งขึ้น หลักคารวะธรรม เป็นการจำแนกประเภทของบุคคลที่มารับบริการว่าสมควรจะบริการแบบใดจึงจะมีความเหมาะสมที่สุด หลักขันติธรรม เป็นเสริมความเข้มแข็งทางจิตใจให้กับผู้ให้บริการที่ทนต่อสภาวะแรงกดดันจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ พร้อมทั้งหลักปัญญา เป็นการช่วยบอกแนวทางที่เจ้าหน้าที่จะต้องมีองค์ความรู้ทางการบริการด้วยการฝึกอบรมต่อไป

Abstracts

               The article is an attempt to offer a view on Buddhism which is supplementary to the good service in a Government Organization? The main Buddhist Dharma, which found that any offer it can raise performance to personnel of State. Mercy principles fair consists of seeing the happy citizens equally moral compass is looking to good service will help bring some orderliness towards public services is greater. Salute the fair principle as the classification of individuals for service, that is, what kind of service would have to be the most suitable.
