บทคัดย่อ

          บทความเรื่อง “ความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปกาสัย อำเภอเหนือคลอง จังหวัดกระบี่” การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอผลความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปกาสัย อำเภอเหนือคลอง จังหวัดกระบี่ โดยใช้รูปแบบวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Method) โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research Methods) และใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุ ศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ และข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุดังกล่าว ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

          1. ผลการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ปกาสัย อำเภอเหนือคลอง จังหวัดกระบี่ โดยภาพรวม และรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทั้งหมด 

          2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปกาสัย อำเภอเหนือคลอง จังหวัดกระบี่ จำแนกตามอายุ และอาชีพ พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความพึงพอใจ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อจำแนกตามเพศ สถานภาพสมรส และรายได้เฉลี่ยเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

          3. ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดสวัสดิการสังคมผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปกาสัย อำเภอเหนือคลอง จังหวัดกระบี่ พบว่า ควรจัดให้มีหน่วยบริการประจำหมู่บ้าน ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมอันเป็นรายได้ที่เหมาะสม ด้านความมั่นคงความเป็นอยู่ และได้รับสิทธิเท่าเทียมกัน อยากให้มีเงินกองทุนผู้สูงอายุภายในหมู่บ้านบริการความรู้อันเหมาะสมแก่วัยผู้สูงอายุ และดูแลเรื่องความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุอยากให้มาทำเงินเก็บประจำหมูบ้านสำรวจเครือข่ายที่มีความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

This research “Satisfaction of the Elderly of the Administration Organization in Pakasai Sub-district Nuea Khlong District, Krabi Province” This research consisted of three Satisfaction of the Elderly of the Administration Organization in Pakasai Subdistrict Nuea Khlong District, Krabi Province The research method is Mixed Method using quantitative research method. Quantitative Research Methods. Survey research was used as a questionnaire and an interview to study the satisfaction of elderly social welfare, comparative studies, and recommendations for elderly social welfare. Found

1. Analytical results Satisfaction of the Elderly of the Administration Organization in Pakasai Sub-district Nuea Khlong District, Krabi Province Overall and individual aspects were found to be at a moderate level.

2. Comparison results Satisfaction of the Elderly of the Administration Organization in Pakasai Sub-district Nuea Khlong District, Krabi Province Classified by age and occupation, it was found that the elderly were satisfied. There were statistically significant differences at .05 level, classified by gender, marital status, and average monthly income, were not significantly different at .05 level.

3. Suggestions on Satisfaction of the Elderly of the Administration Organization in Pakasai Sub-district Nuea Khlong District, Krabi Province It was found that there should be a village service unit. Promote appropriate revenue-generating activities. Security And equal rights I want to have a fund for the elderly in the village, knowledge services suitable for the elderly. And take care of the needs of the elderly, want to make money to keep pigs to explore the network is ready to perform effectively.
