ทักษะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ

ทักษะการบริหารงานที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้บริหารในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา มีทักษะที่สำคัญ 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ทักษะทางด้านความคิดรวบยอด (conceptual  skills)  2) ทักษะทางด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ (human skills) 3) ทักษะทางด้านเทคนิค (technical skills) 4) ทักษะทางด้านการสอน (instructional  skills) และ 5) ทักษะทางด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ (cognitive  skills)   ซึ่งเป็นทักษะที่สำคัญในการบริหารงานในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเพื่อให้บรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กร อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล มากยิ่งขึ้นส่งผลให้สถาบันอุดมศึกษาสามารถพัฒนาไปในทุกด้านตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ทั้งทางสังคมและเทคโนโลยีส่งผลให้สถาบันอุดมศึกษาพัฒนาชีวิตและสังคมของมนุษย์ให้เป็นทรัพยากรที่มีคุณค่า สามารถพัฒนาประเทศที่ยั่งยืนต่อไป

Abstract

The administrator’s skills required for executives in higher education institutions were composed of 5 main areas as follows; 1) the conceptual skills, 2) the human skills, 3) technical skills, 4) the instructional skills, and 5) the cognitive skills. These prominent skills were significant skills in the management of higher education institutions to achieve the objectives of the organization more efficiently and effectively. As a result, higher education institutes could develop in all aspects of the five management skills according to rapid changes both society and technology. The higher education institutions also implemented the five management skills to develop human life and society as a valuable resource which could develop to a sustainable country.
