การมีส่วนร่วมของนักท่องเที่ยวในการอนุรักษ์มรดกโลก จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

บทคัดย่อ

       บทความวิจัยเรื่อง “การมีส่วนร่วมของนักท่องเที่ยวในการอนุรักษ์มรดกโลกจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา” ผลการวิจัยพบว่า: 1. การอนุรักษ์มรดกโลกอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา พบว่า นักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศหญิง ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์อุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ โดยการปฏิบัติตามกฎการเยี่ยมชมสถานที่ต่างๆ อย่างเคร่งครัด พร้อมช่วยสอดส่งดูแลตักเตือนนักท่องเที่ยวที่ไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎ ไม่กระทำงานใดๆ อันจะเป็นการทำลายให้เกิดความเสียหายทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม รวมทั้งการช่วยในการรักษาความสะอาด และเห็นความคัญในสมบัติของชาติและของโลก 2. ระดับความคิดเห็นของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์เมืองมรดกโลกอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ทั้ง 8 ด้าน พบว่า ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของนักท่องเที่ยวในการอนุรักษ์เมืองมรดกโลกจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการรักษาความสะอาด อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านการรักษามิติของแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ด้านการอนุรักษ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยว ด้านการรักษาระเบียบ ด้านการอนุรักษ์สภาพแวดล้อม ด้านการให้ข้อมูลท่องเที่ยว ด้านการส่งเสริมกิจกรรม และด้านการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมชุมชน ตามลำดับ 3. ปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะในการอนุรักษ์เมืองมรดกโลกจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา  ซึ่งสามารถประมวลข้อดังต่อไปนี้ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ: นักท่องเที่ยวในเขตพื้นที่เมืองมรดกโลก ส่วนมากจะเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมในด้านการอนุรักษ์แบบห่างๆ เช่น การทำตามนโยบายของทางราขการเท่านั้น ด้านการวางแผน: นักท่องเที่ยวในเขตพื้นที่เมืองมรดกโลก ไม่ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการอนุรักษ์เมืองมรดกโลกจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ปัญหาด้านการร่วมรับผลประโยชน์: นักท่องเที่ยวในเขตพื้นที่เมืองมรดกโลก มีส่วนอย่างมากในด้านผลประโยชน์อันเกิดจากการท่องเที่ยวในเขตพื้นที่เมืองมรดกโลก ปัญหาที่อาจจะเกิดมีจากผลประโยชน์เหล่านั้นมาจากการไม่ได้รับความรื่นเริงบันเทิงใจ ทั้งที่เกิดจากการได้เยี่ยมชมสถานที่ต่างๆ และจากการได้ทำบุญบริจาคต่างๆ ภายในวัด รวมทั้งการได้รับความรู้ข้อมูลต่างๆ ทางด้านประวัติศาสตร์ที่ดีมีประสิทธิภาพ ปัญหาด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล: ส่วนมากไม่ได้มีส่วนร่วมในด้านนี้โดยชัดเจนเป็นรูปธรรม เนื่องการความไม่เข้าใจในระบบการบริหารจัดการของภาครัฐ และไม่มีการประสานงานกันที่ดีมีประสิทธิภาพ ขาดการประสานความร่วมมือกันที่ปรากฏเป็นรูปธรรมที่ชัดเจน

Abstract

       The research “Tourist’s Participation in the World Heritage Preservation Ayutthaya Province.” The findings of the research are as follows : 1. As for the preservation of heritage sites, the Historic Park Ayutthaya Province, it has been found that most tourists are female participated in the preservation of the Historic Park by following the site's visit rules strictly, helped to advise travelers who do not follow the rules, and do not do any harm damaging both directly and indirectly, including to help in keeping the heritage site's area clean, and pay great attention on the national and world properties. 2. As for the overall 8 aspects toward level of tourists's opinions on participation in the preservation of the World Heritage Sites, Historical Park Ayutthaya Province, it has been found opinions toward all aspects were at high level; having considered each aspect, the aspect of cleanliness has been found in highest level, the treatment of tourist attractions, tourism preservation, treatment environmental preservation, travel information, activity promotion, and the promotion of community activities, respectively. 3. As for the problems, obstacles as well as recommendations toward tourists' participation in the preservation of the World Heritage Sites in Ayutthaya Province, it has been found that: the aspect of participation in decision making: tourists in the World Heritage sites’s area, did not directly involve in preservative activities, such as following the governoment’s policies; Planning: tourists did not involve in any planning related to the preservation of World Heritage Sites, Ayutthaya Province; Gaining benefits: tourists contribute greatly to the benefits of tourism in the World Heritage Sites, especially not satisfy in visiting several places and making merit via donating within moasteries, including getting historical knowledge and information; Monitoring and Evaluation: tourists do not participate in this field with concrete clarity, due to lack understanding the governmental management system, and also there is no good coordination with effectiveness including lack co-ordinated collaboration that appears tangible concrete.
