บทคัดย่อ

      บทความเรื่อง การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในองค์กรตามหลักไตรสิกขา เพื่อศึกษา กระบวนการในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในองค์กรตามหลักไตรสิขา การพัฒนาทรัพยากรในองค์กรให้มีคุณภาพ ตามหลักไตรสิกขา คือ การปลูกฝังให้คนในองค์กรเป็นพลเมืองดี มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม เพื่อก่อให้เกิดความสงบสุขในสังคม โดยใช้หลักไตรสิกขา เนื่องจากเป็นระบบและกระบวนการในการฝึกฝน อบรม ฝึกหัดเพื่อพัฒนาใน ๓ ด้าน คือ พฤติกรรม จิตใจ และปัญญา เพื่อให้มีการดำเนินชีวิตไปในวิถีที่ถูกต้องดีงาม โดยนำหลักธรรมพระพุทธศาสนา คือ หลักไตรสิกขา นำมาปรับใช้ หรือประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารและพัฒนาคนในองค์กร เน้นทุก ๆ ด้านในองค์กร เพื่อสนับสนุนให้คนในองค์กรพัฒนาตามหลักพุทธธรรมอย่างบูรณาการ ส่งเสริมให้เกิดความเจริญงอกงามตามลักษณะแห่งปัญญา”
