บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัย ๓ ประการ คือ (๑) เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล ๕ ของชุมชนตำบลน้ำชำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแพร่ (๒) เพื่อศึกษาชุมชนเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล ๕ ของชุมชนตำบลน้ำชำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแพร่ (๓) เพื่อบูรณาการเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล ๕ ของชุมชนตำบลน้ำชำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแพร่เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยวิธีการศึกษาจากเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

(๑) แนวคิดของปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เป็นแนวทางการดำเนินชีวิต โดยยึดหลักปฏิบัติทางสายกลางมี ๒ อย่าง คือ (๑) ๓ ห่วง ได้แก่ พอประมาณ มีเหตุผล และมีภูมิคุ้มกันในตัวที่ดี (๒) ๒ เงื่อนไข ได้แก่ เงื่อนไขความรู้ และเงื่อนไขคุณธรรมเป็นการพัฒนาที่มีความสมดุล และมีความยั่งยืน โครงการสร้างความปรองดองสมานฉันท์โดยใช้หลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา “หมู่บ้านรักษาศีล๕” กำหนดรูปแบบในการขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานในรูปของการบูรณาการความร่วมมือทั้งจากคณะสงฆ์ภาคส่วนราชการองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นผู้นำชุมชนภาคเอกชนองค์กรสมาคมมูลนิธิและภาคประชาชนเพื่อให้ทุกภาคส่วนในสังคมมีส่วนร่วมในการขับเคลื่อนการสร้างสังคมประเทศชาติให้มีความปรองดองสมานฉันท์ลดปัญหาความขัดแย้งสร้างความมั่นคงความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชนทำให้สังคมสงบร่มเย็นและเกิดสันติสุขอย่างยั่งยืน

(๒) ชุมชนตำบลน้ำชำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแพร่ ได้น้อมนำเอาหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไปปรับใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันสามารถสร้างความเข้มแข็ง สามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้ทั้งครอบครัวและชุมชน มีผลผลิตทางการเกษตรไว้บริโภคในครัวเรือนและผลิตภัณฑ์ออกจำหน่ายอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทำให้มีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีขึ้นการดำเนินงานโครงการสร้างความปรองดองสมานฉันท์ โดยใช้หลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา “หมู่บ้านรักษาศีล ๕” ทำให้ประชาชนมีจิตสำนึก และได้แสดงออกถึงความรับผิดชอบ มีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างสรรค์สังคมถิ่นกำเนิดของตนเอง ด้วยการสร้างความสามัคคี ความเข้าใจในการอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมอย่างมีความสุข มีความรักความเข้าใจ เคารพในความคิดเห็นของกันและกัน มีความเอื้อเฟื้อเป็นสังคมเครือญาติ และมีความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์ เห็นคุณค่า และประโยชน์ในการนำหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนามาดำเนินชีวิตอย่างมีความสุข

(๓) การบูรณาการเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล ๕ ของชุมชนตำบลน้ำชำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดแพร่ศีลข้อ ๑ ปลูกฝังให้คนในชุมชนเกิดความรักความสามัคคีกัน ไม่เอารัดเอาเปรียบซึ่งกันและกัน โดยใช้หลักการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชน คือ โครงการหมู่บ้านบวร (บ้าน -วัด - โรงเรียน) ศีลข้อ ๒มุ่งเน้นให้ชุมชนเป็นศูนย์กลางในการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมของชุมชน โดยยึดหลักความร่วมมือร่วมใจแก้ไขปัญหา ศีลข้อ ๓ ปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรมให้แก่ประชาชน และเยาวชนในชุมชนให้ดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักของพระพุทธศาสนา ทำความดี ละเว้นความชั่ว ทำจิตใจให้บริสุทธิ์ผ่องใส ศีลข้อ ๔ การปลูกจิตสำนึกตั้งแต่เด็กๆ เพื่อกระตุ้นจิตสำนึกของคนในชุมชนมีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต และใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันในชุมชนอย่างเป็นปกติสุขศีลข้อ ๕ การเสริมสร้างพื้นฐานจิตใจ โดยนำหลักการทางพระพุทธศาสนาเข้ามาเป็นเครื่องยึดเหนี่ยวจิตใจประชาชนในชุมชนดังนั้นการส่งเสริมให้คนในชุมชนสามารถดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยยึดหลักทางสายกลาง ให้ทุกคนในชุมชนมีความรัก สามัคคี ช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน เพื่อให้ชุมชนเกิดความมั่นคง และอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมีความสุข

Abstract

There were three objectives of this research: 1) to study concept and theory of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy and the five precepts observation community of the community of Namchum community Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province, 2) to study the sufficiency economy and the five precepts observation community of Namchum community Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province, and 3) to intergrate the sufficiency economy and the five precepts observation community of the community of Namchum community Muang District, Phrae Province. This research was a qualitative research by documentary and In-depth interviews methods. The results were as follows:

(1) The concept of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy is a way of life and and based on the middle line. There are 2 principles; (1) 3 rings are reasonably tolerant and have good immunity; (2) 2 conditions are knowledgeand moral conditions. It is a balanced and sustainable development. The project of reconciliation using the principles of Buddhism "The five precepts observation community". Formation of the drive to operate in the form of integration of cooperation from the Sangha community, Government Sector Local leaders, community leaders, private organizations, associations, foundations, and Public sector. To enable all sectors of the society to participate in the cause of building the society, to reconcile the nation, to reduce conflicts, to create stability, security in life and property of the people, to calm the society peacefully and sustainable peace.

(2) The community of Namchum Sub-district, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province has adopted the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy to apply in daily life. Can strengthen and self-reliance both the family and the community. There are agricultural products for household consumption. And products are constantly sold. Have a better life. Implementation of reconciliation projects By using Buddhist principles. "The five precepts observation community" to make people conscious and show responsibility. Engage in the creation of their own local society by creating harmony. The understanding of living together in society happily. Have love, understanding respect each other's opinions. There is a generous family and secure in life and property, appreciationand benefits of adopting the principles of Buddhism to live happily.

(3) The integration of Sufficiency Economy and the Five Precepts observation community of Namchum community, Muang Phrae District, Phrae Province, Include; Precepts 1: Cultivate people in the community to love and harmony. Do not take advantage of each other. The community is involved in the community project is village (home - temple - school); Precepts 2: Focus on the community as a center for changing the behavior of the community. Based on the cooperation to solve problems.; Precepts 3: Instill ethics to the people and the youth in the community to live according to the Buddhist principles, doing good, ignoring evil and make their mind pure and clear.; Precepts 4: is to cultivate the consciousness from the children tostimulate the consciousness of the people in the community are honest and living together in the community as normal happiness.; Precepts 5: Strengthening the mind according to the Buddhist Principle as a stick to the mind of people in community. So encouraging people in the community to live in sufficiency economy. Based on the middle line. Let everyone in the community have a harmonious love to help each other for the community to be strong and live together happily.
