Abstract
The study entitled “The Development Process of the Efficiency of MCU Phrae Campus Officer Conference” had 2 purposes : 1. To study the current condition of MCU Phrae Campus officers conference 2. To propose the ways of efficiency development of MCU Phrae Campus officers conference. This research used mix methods research. The data from the 67 subjects (MCU Phrae Campus directors and MCU Phrae Campus officers) were collected by using In-depth Interviews. The research instruments were questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The results found as follow :
1. All of the 4 aspects of the current condition of MCU Phrae Campus officer conference consisted of 1. The planning of annual conference 2. The preparing before conference 3. The ongoing of conference 4. The operation after conference. All of 4 aspects are at the high level.
2. The process of the efficiency development of MCU Phrae Campus conference found that the efficiency development process of MCU Phrae Campus conference had 4 aspects as follow.
2.1 Annual conference plan means preparedness in MCU Phrae Campus annual conference. It should have the conference of related persons in the conference organization in order to plan the effective annual conference. It should also have the MCU Phrae Campus officer conference schedule.
2.2 Pre-meeting preparation means the preparedness of the conference. It should have the coordination of related persons in campus conference at least 1 week. It should have also the determination of the topic of the conference and the conference document. In addition, the conference room and the facilities should be prepared before the beginning of the conference.
2.3 Meeting conduction means while the meeting continues and the president has the duties. It should have the representative in order to let the conference go on. The conference atmosphere should be cozy in order to exchange new things. In addition, the secretary should note the only the important things while the conference goes on.
2.4 Post-meeting conduction means after the conference is finished, the secretary should do the report of the meeting results. Moreover, the meeting report should integrate with the related tasks. It should be the extermination of conference report before proposing to the directors.
