Abstract

This research article aims to analyze the greatness of mind 4 from the literature “The art of meditation” written by Matthieu Ricard that focuses on psychic ritual. This literature also emphasizes the mental training as pure and mental training to change mind. The mind is the basis of learning the phenomenon of mentality. The knowledge of mind is the basis of the phenomenon of mentality. mentality is considered to be the basis in order to lead us to integrate the answers into ourselves and also lead the mind to meditation practice. Understanding the mentality of the body, we have to practice to focus on our body parts.
