การประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท ๔ ในกระบวนการแปรรูปกลอยของชุมชน บ้านไทรย้อย อำเภอเด่นชัย จังหวัดแพร่

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ๓ ประการ คือ (๑) เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฏี เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจตามหลักอิทธิบาท ๔ (๒) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการแปรรูปกลอยของชุมชนไทรย้อย อำเภอเด่นชัย จังหวัดแพร่ (๓) เพื่อศึกษาการประยุกต์ใช้อิทธิบาท ๔ ในกระบวนการแปรรูปกลอยของชุมชนบ้านไทรย้อย อำเภอเด่นชัย จังหวัดแพร่ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

๑. การประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท ๔ ในกระบวนการแปรรูปกลอยของชุมชนบ้านไทรย้อย อำเภอเด่นชัย จังหวัดแพร่ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = ๓.๗๐) ชี้ให้เห็นว่า ชุมชนบ้านไทรย้อยมีความรักความพอใจในอาชีพการแปรรูปกลอย มีความอดทน ขยันหมั่นเพียร มีการพัฒนาความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการแปรรูปกลอย และศึกษาหาจุดเด่นจุดด้อยของการแปรรูปมาพัฒนาให้ดีขึ้น

๒. ปัญหา อุปสรรคของการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท ๔ ในกระบวนการแปรรูปกลอยของชุมชนบ้านไทรย้อย อำเภอเด่นชัย จังหวัดแพร่ คือ ด้านฉันทะ ไม่ค่อยได้รับความร่วมมือมากเท่าที่ควร และไม่ค่อยได้รับการสนับสนุนในการทำอาชีพ ด้านวิริยะ วัตถุดิบเริ่มมีการหายากขึ้นต้องออกไปหาในบริเวณที่ไกลจิตตะ กระบวนการแปรรูปกลอยไม่มีความทันสมัยทำให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ไม่มีความพัฒนาด้านวิมังสา  สถานที่ที่จะนำผลิตภัณฑ์จากกลอยไปวางจำหน่ายยังไม่มีความหลากหลายข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ด้านฉันทะ ควรจัดให้มีการประชุมบ่อยๆ เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือกันในกลุ่มการแปรรูป ด้านวิริยะ   ควรส่งเสริมให้มีการเพาะปลูกกันเองภายในชุมชน จิตตะควรจะมีการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานของรัฐให้มาช่วยพัฒนาการแปรรูปกลอยให้ดีขึ้น วิมังสา ควรที่จะขยายหรือหาสถานที่อื่นหรือชุมชนอื่นๆ ที่สามารถจัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ได้

๓. แนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท ๔ ในกระบวนการแปรรูปกลอยของชุมชนบ้านไทรย้อย อำเภอเด่นชัย จังหวัดแพร่ควรจะมีการพัฒนาความรู้ความชำนาญในการนำกลอยมาแปรรูป มีวัตถุดิบเพียงพอ มีอุปกรณ์ และกระบวนการแปรรูปกลอยมีความทันสมัย และมีตลาดมารองรับสินค้าด้านฉันทะ (ความพอใจ) เป็นการสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับชุมชนบ้านไทรย้อย และสามารถที่จะสร้างความสุขอันเกิดจากการมีรายได้มาจุนเจือภายในครอบครัวเป็นอย่างดียิ่งด้านวิริยะ (ความหมั่นเพียร) จะต้องมีความขยันอดทน มุ่งมั่นอย่างแท้จริง ด้านจิตตะ (ความคิด) จะต้องอาศัยความชำนาญ ความตั้งใจ และการเอาใจใส่ในการแปรรูปกลอย การหาความรู้เพิ่มเติม ด้านวิมังสา (ความไตร่ตรอง) การพิจารณาไตร่ตรองหาข้อดีข้อเสียในกระบวนการแปรรูปกลอยจะช่วยให้ชุมชนบ้านไทรย้อยมีการพัฒนากระบวนการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

There were three objectives of this research: 1) to study the concept and theory of economic development process according to the four paths of accomplishment, 2) to study the transformative process of Kloy of Sai-yoi community Denchai District, Phrae Province, and 3) to study an application of four paths of accomplishment in the transformative process of Kloy of Sai-yoi community Denchai District, Phrae Province. This study was the mixed methods research between quantitative research qualitative research by using both documentary and in-depth interviews methods. The results were as follows:

1) An application of the Four paths of accomplishment in the transformative process of Kloy of Sai-yoi community Denchai District, Phrae Province. The overall level is hight ( = 3.70). Point out that the Sai-Yoi community has love, satisfaction, tolerance, diligence, the development of knowledge about the transformative process of Kloy and learn about the advantages and disadvantages of processing to improve.

2) The Problems of an application of Four paths of accomplishment in the transformative process of Kloy of  Sai-Yoi community Denchai District, Phrae Province is; Chanda : not very cooperative and is rarely supported in the profession. Viriya : raw materials have to be more difficult to find in remote areas. Citta : the transformative process of Kloy is not modern, the product is not developed. Vimams : The place to bring products from Koy is not available. Suggestion is; Chanda : meeting should be held frequently to create cooperation in the processing group. Viriya : to promote planting the Kloy in the community. Citta : it should be supported by government agencies to improve the processing of Kloy. Vimams  :    it should expand or find other places or other communities where the product can be distributed.

3) The Guidelines to application of four paths of accomplishment in the transformative process of  Kloy of Sai-yoi community Denchai District, Phrae Province. It should be developed expertise in the transformative process of  Kloy. Have enough raw materials, equipment, the modern processing and the market to support the product. Chanda (aspiration) : to create satisfaction for Sai-Yoi community and can create happiness resulting from income earners within the family as well. Viriya (effort) : must have patience. Citta (thoughtfulness): Must be skillful, willing, caring for the processing and learn more. Vimams  (investigation) : considering the advantages and disadvantages of the process, it will help the Sai-Yoi community to develop the process efficiently.
