การจำแนกลักษณะผู้ต้องขังตามแนวปุคคลสูตร (CLSSIFICATION OF PRISONERS ACCORDING TO PUGGALA SUTTA)

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

           บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจำแนกลักษณะผู้ต้องขังตามแนวปุคคลสูตร เพื่อให้ผู้ต้องขังนั้นสามารถพัฒนาตนเองได้ไม่หวนกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำ  โดย ปุคคลสูตร เป็น พระสูตรหนึ่งในพระไตรปิฎกที่ว่าด้วย บุคคล 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ (๑) บุคคลผู้มืดมาและมืดไป (๒) บุคคลผู้มืดมาแต่สว่างไป (๓) บุคคลผู้สว่างมาแต่มืดไป และ (๔) บุคคลผู้สว่างมาและสว่างไป

           ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บุคคลทั้ง 4 ประเภทนั้น เป็นการจัดประเภทตามลักษณะของบุคคล ซึ่งสามารถเปรียบเทียบได้กับผู้กระทำความผิดกฎเกณฑ์ทางสังคม หรือกฎหมายของบ้านเมืองจนต้องถูกจับมาคุมขังอยู่ในเรือนจำ ที่เราเรียกว่าผู้ต้องขัง ซึ่งผู้ต้องขังนั้นก็มีที่มาแตกต่างกันไป และเมื่อก้าวเข้ามาในเรือนจำแล้วเรือนจำก็มีหน้าที่ในการแก้ไขพัฒนาพฤตินิสัยให้กลับตนเป็นคนดีของสังคม โดยการนำหลักกุศลกรรมบถ ได้แก่ กายกรรม วจีกรรม มโนกรรม มาใช้ในการพัฒนาผู้ต้องขัง เพื่อให้สามารถกำหนดแผนการบำบัดรักษา อบรม แก้ไขและฟื้นฟูจิตใจผู้ต้องขังได้อย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสมตามสภาพผู้ต้องขังแต่ละคน โดยไม่หวนกลับไปกระทำผิดซ้ำได้อีก

Abstract

            This article aimed at studying the classification of prisoners in accordance with the Puggalg-Persons. In order for the inmates to develop themselves, they do not return to repeat offenses. Puggala-Persons is one of the Buddhism teachings four people. Include (1) Person dark comes and goes dark. (2) Person dark came to bright. (3) Person is bright but dark. (4) Person is bright and bright.

            The study revealed that all four types is classified by person, can be compared to the social offender or law was passed to the captives in prison. We call it inmates, and have different backgrounds. When it comes to prisons are responsible for developing habits, back to the good person of the society. In order to be able to determine the treatment plan, correction and rehabilitation of the inmates' minds properly according to the conditions of each inmate. they do not return to repeat offenses.
