Abstract

The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the role of school administrators in promoting teamwork and 2) to compare the role of school administrators in promoting teamwork according to the opinions of teachers in schools  under Nong Bua Lam Phu Primary Educational Service Area 2 , classified by educational qualifications, working experiences and size of school. The sample of this research was total 278 teachers under Nong Bua Lam Phu Primary Educational Service Area 2, in the academic year 2017. The instrument of the research used to collected data was the 5 rating-scale questionnaire with the reliability of 0.984. The statistics used for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. However, the statistics used for analysis mean differences comparison was the t-test and the F-test used for the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the test for paired differences by using the Scheffe’s method.

        The research were found as follows :

        1) The role of school administrators in promoting teamwork according to the opinions of teachers in schools under Nong Bua Lum Phu Primary Educational Service Area 2 was at a high level in overall and each aspect. Having considered each aspect, ranged in descending order in the highest mean values is joined goal , the second is good communication and reveals and the lowest mean aspects is trustworthy.

        2) The comparison of the role of school administrators in promoting teamwork according to the opinions of teachers in schools under Nong Bua Lam Phu Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by educational qualifications and working experiences was found that there were no differences in overall ; but classified by size school, there was statistically differences in overall and each aspect at 0.01.
