แนวทางการจัดการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนในชุมชนดอยผาหมี อำเภอแม่สาย จังหวัดเชียงราย (SUSTAINABLE TOURISM MANAGEMENT APPROACH IN DOI PHA MI COMMUNITY, MAE SAI DISTRICT, CHIANG RAI PROVINCE)

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

           การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาอัตลักษณ์ในชุมชนดอยผาหมี อำเภอแม่สาย จังหวัดเชียงราย ในบริบทของการจัดการ แหล่งท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ๒) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวและกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวที่เหมาะสม สอดคล้องกับแนวทางการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนในชุมชนดอยผาหมี อำเภอแม่สาย จังหวัดเชียงราย ๓) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาและการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวในชุมชนดอยผาหมี อำเภอแม่สาย จังหวัดเชียงรายสู่ความยั่งยืน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ ผู้นำชุมชน ชาวบ้าน หน่วยงานรัฐบาล ผู้ประกอบการการท่องเที่ยวในชุมชนดอยผาหมี จำนวน ๒๐ คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis)

          ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

          ๑) อัตลักษณ์ในชุมชนดอยผาหมี ในบริบทของการจัดการ แหล่งท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน คือการคงสิ่งแวดล้อมและธรรมชาติที่สมบูรณ์อยู่ และมีกาแฟติดอันดับโลกที่ผลิตโดยชาวเขาเผ่าอาข่า

          ๒) กระบวนการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวและกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวที่เหมาะสม สอดคล้องกับแนวทางการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน คือการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านทางโซเชียลมีเดียต่าง ๆ และการช่วยกันดูแลทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมให้สามารถใช้ประโยชน์ได้นาน ๆ

          ๓) แนวทางการพัฒนาและการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวในชุมชนดอยผาหมีสู่ความยั่งยืน พบว่า มีการเปิดโอกาสให้บุคคลภายนอกได้มาเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นและผลิตภัณฑ์กาแฟของชาวอาข่า อีกทั้งยังให้บุคคลที่มีความรู้ด้านภาษามาสอนให้กับกลุ่มชาวบ้านภายในชุมชน เพื่อให้ชาวอาข่าสามารถสื่อสารกับนักท่องเที่ยวได้อย่างหลากหลาย 

Abstract

          This study has the following objectives: 1) to study identity in Doi Pha Mi community, Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai Province In the context of management Sustainable tourism 2) To study the process of managing tourism and appropriate tourism activities In accordance with the guidelines for sustainable development in the Doi Pha Mi community, Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai Province 3) to propose guidelines for development and tourism management in Doi Pha Mi community, Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai Province to sustainability. The sample group used in this study is community leaders, villagers, government agencies. Tourism operators in the Doi Pha Mi community, Total of 20 people. The tools used in the study were the interview form and content analysis. The study indicated that:  

          1) Identity in Doi Pha Mi Community In the context of management Sustainable tourist attraction. Is to maintain the environment and complete nature And has the world's top coffee produced by the Akha people.

          2) appropriate tourism management and tourism activities In accordance with the guidelines for sustainable development in the Doi Pha Mi community, it is found that Doi Pha Mi community has public relations via social media. As for the community leaders and the public sector, helping to take care of natural resources and the environment to be able to use for a long time.

          3) Guidelines for the development and management of tourism in the Doi Pha Mi community, to sustainability, found that there was an opportunity for outsiders to learn the local culture and coffee products of the Akha people to be widely known. And also providing people with knowledge of language to teach to villagers within the community So that Akha people can communicate with tourists in a variety of ways and provide more opportunities.
