บทคัดย่อ

           การจัดการศึกษาของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของเอกชนนั้น เป็นการจัดการบริการสาธารณะตามที่ปรากฏ ในพระราชบัญญัติ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน พ.ศ. 2546 แก้ไขฉบับเพิ่มเติม (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2550 ซึ่งมีความ สอดคล้องกับพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2542 แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม (ฉบับที่ 2) พ.ศ. 2555 และ รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พุทธศักราช 2560 เป็นการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางกฎหมายเพื่อการปรับปรุง และเป็นการพัฒนาหลักกฎหมายที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกันกับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน อันเป็นการยกระดับคุณภาพทางการศึกษาเพื่อให้สอดคล้องและเป็นไปตามหลักการแห่งสากล

Abstract

             Educational management of private higher education institutions is a public service management as shown in the Act Private Higher Education Institutions, 2003, Amendment of the Additional Issue (No. 2) BE 2550, which is consistent with the National Education Act BE 2542, amended (No.2) BE 2555 and the Constitution The Kingdom of Thailand, BE 2560, is an analysis of legal problems for improvement and is a development of laws that are relevant to higher education institutions of private higher education institutions. Which is to raise the quality of education in order to be consistent and in accordance with international principles.
