การพัฒนาพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยตามแนวพระพุทธศาสนา ของประชาชนอำเภอเมืองนครนายก

บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการพัฒนาพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนอำเภอเมืองนครนายก 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ของประชาชนอำเภอเมืองนครนายก 3) นำเสนอการพัฒนาพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยตามแนวพระพุทธศาสนา ของประชาชนอำเภอเมืองนครนายก วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสานด้วยวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test F-test การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การพัฒนาพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยของประชาชนอำเภอเมืองนครนายก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านความเคารพกติกา รองลงมา คือ ด้านความเคารพหลักเสมอภาค และด้านที่น้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านความรับผิดชอบตนเองและพึ่งตนเองได้ 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ของประชาชนอำเภอเมืองนครนายก ประชาชนที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ต่อเดือนต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3) นำเสนอการพัฒนาพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยตามแนวพระพุทธศาสนา การใช้หลักธรรมเป็นสิ่งสำคัญในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจหลักการปกครองอย่างเสมอภาค แก้ไขในสิ่งที่เป็นปัญหา

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were 1) to study the democratic citizenship development of the people of Mueang Nakhon Nayok District, 2) to compare their opinions on the democratic citizenship development. of the people of Mueang Nakhon Nayok District. of the people of Mueang Nakhon Nayok District How to conduct research that combines quantitative and qualitative research. Data were collected from a sample of 400 people, 9 photos or people who were interviewed. Data were collected by using questionnaires and interview forms. Data were analyzed using statistics: percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed by descriptive content analysis.

          The results showed that 1) Democratic Citizenship Development of the People of Mueang Nakhon Nayok District Overall, it was at a high level. The aspect with the highest average value was respect for the rules, followed by respect for equal principles. And the least aspect is self-responsibility and self-reliance. 2) Compare opinions towards citizenship development in a democratic system. of the people of Mueang Nakhon Nayok District People with different sex, age, education level, occupation and monthly income. have opinions on the development of citizens in a democratic system no difference Statistically significant at the 0.05 level. 3) Present citizenship development in a democratic system according to Buddhism. The application of principles is essential in a democracy. Educate and understand the principle of equal governance fix what is the problem
