Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

            การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในด้านการบริหารงานห้องสมุดโรงเรียนเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำพูนเขต 1 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือโรงเรียนที่มีผลการบริหารที่เป็นเลิศ ด้านห้องสมุดโรงเรียน ในปีการศึกษา 2563 ระดับดีเยี่ยม จำนวน 8 โรงเรียน โดยได้คัดเลือกโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส จำนวน 2 โรงเรียน ได้แก่ 1. โรงเรียนวัดหนองซิว 2. โรงเรียนวัดสันคะยอม โรงเรียนละ 6 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 12 คน วิธีการในการเก็บข้อมูล ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการวิจัยโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลนำมาสรุปและอภิปรายผลได้ดังนี้ ด้านบุคลากร มอบหมายครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานห้องสมุดโดยคำนึงถึงความเหมาะสม มีลักษณะที่เป็นมิตร ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ สามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีการพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ มีการประเมินอย่างเป็นระบบ ด้านงบประมาณ มีการจัดสรรงบประมาณอย่างเพียงพอต่อความต้องการ เปิดโอกาสให้ทุกฝ่ายมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง และมีการระดมทรัพยากรจากแหล่งต่างๆ ด้านวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ มีการจัดทำหนังสือและสื่อการเรียนรู้มีความทันสมัย เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ มีมุมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ มีคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการสืบค้น มีบรรยากาศที่ดี มีการนำสื่อเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาใช้ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ มีนโยบายการดำเนินงานที่ชัดเจน ครูมีการบูรณาการความรู้ในรายวิชาที่สอนกับกิจกรรมห้องสมุด จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านที่หลากหลาย ประชาสัมพันธ์ผลการดำเนินงานห้องสมุด มีการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือและให้บริการด้านวิชาการแก่ผู้ที่สนใจ

Abstract

            The purpose of this research was to study good practices in school library management to promote lifelong learning under the Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The population used in the study was eight schools with excellent administrative results in terms of school libraries, in the academic year 2020. Twelve students, six students per school, were selected from two educational opportunity expansion schools: Wat Nong Siew School and Wat Sankhayom School. Data were collected using interviews. The research data were analyzed using content analysis. The results of data analysis can be summarized and discussed as follows: Regarding personnel, library teachers are assigned based on suitability, having a friendly nature, cooperation ability with others, information technology competency, constant self-improvement, and having systematic assessment; Regarding budget, the budget is allocated sufficiently to meet the needs giving opportunity for all parties to be involved and collecting resources from various sources; Regarding materials, books and learning materials are up-to-date and sufficient for the needs. There is a corner to promote learning, and a computer for data search. There is a good atmosphere, and technology media is used; Regarding management, there is a clear operating policy, and teachers integrate knowledge in the subjects they teach with library activities, organize various reading promotion activities, publicize the performance of the library, and create a network of cooperation and academic services for those who are interested.
