Abstract

เนื่องจากสถานการณ์ในรอบปีที่ผ่านมาการแพร่ระบาดของ Covid-19 ส่งผลกระทบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม รวมทั้งผลกระทบต่อแวดวงการศึกษาในหลายแง่มุม คนในสังคมมีความจำเป็นต้องพึ่งพาระบบและเครือข่ายของการสื่อสารเนื่องจากข่าวสารข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ได้เข้ามามีบทบาทสำคัญในการกำหนดความคิด วิสัยทัศน์ ทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมต่าง ๆ ของมนุษย์มากขึ้นรวมทั้งปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงซึ่งถือเป็นปัจจัยที่มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อการดำเนินงานด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและต่อการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินงานด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรให้ประสบความสำเร็จ

Because of the crisis on the past of year for spreading of Covid-19 then effective to social and environment both direct and indirect. All though, for educational and concerning. Many people must be have depended on system and network for communication more and more. There were important matters that effect for our thinking vision attitude and other behavior more plus for human being. Some factor for leadership was very important for lives and for social responsibility. Then until to be applied for social managing and taking organization to be success.
