Abstract

พระพุทธเจ้าทรงปกครองคณะสงฆ์โดยยึดหลักธรรมาธิปไตยในการบริหารจัดการคณะสงฆ์ พระพุทธองค์เป็นผู้จัดตั้งรูปแบบการพัฒนาเป็นสังคมต้นแบบ จัดระเบียบการอยู่ร่วมกันภายใน สังคมสงฆ์ด้วยระบบคุณธรรม พระพุทธองค์ได้ทรงมอบให้คณะสงฆ์เป็นใหญ่ด้วยการปกครองใช้อำนาจการตัดสินใจในการดำเนินงานต่าง ๆ ด้วยหลักธรรมภายใต้กรอบพระธรรมวินัย ดังนั้น พุทธวิธีบริหารจัดการองค์กรภายในวัดด้วยหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 จึงสอดคล้องเหมาะสมมีความทันสมัย กับการบริหารจัดการกับสถานการณ์ในยุคปัจจุบัน

The Buddha applied Dhammacracy to administer Sangha. The Buddha created a model that was developed into a society model. He used merit system for social order management of Sangha society. The Buddha allowed the Sangha a great deal of power of decision-making in any operation with the Dharma Principles under the Buddha’s discipline teaching framework. Thus. the Buddhist way of administering the organization within the monastery by the Sappurisa-Dhamma 7. is modern and correspond with administration in the present situation.
