รูปแบบการพัฒนานักศึกษาตามหลักภาวนา 4 กรณีศึกษา วิทยาลัยสยามบริหารธุรกิจ จังหวัดนนทบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการพัฒนานักเรียนตามหลักภาวนา 4 : กรณีศึกษา วิทยาลัยสยามบริหารธุรกิจ จังหวัดนนทบุรี 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการพัฒนานักเรียนตามหลักภาวนา 4 : กรณีศึกษา วิทยาลัยสยามบริหารธุรกิจ จังหวัดนนทบุรี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาในการพัฒนานักเรียนตามหลักภาวนา 4 : กรณีศึกษา วิทยาลัยสยามบริหารธุรกิจ จังหวัดนนทบุรี สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percent) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) การทดสอบค่าที (t - test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One – way ANOVA) ส่วนการนำเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนานักศึกษาตามหลักภาวนา 4 : กรณีศึกษา วิทยาลัยสยามบริหารธุรกิจ จังหวัดนนทบุรี

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

           1. รูปแบบการพัฒนานักศึกษาตามหลักภาวนา 4 : กรณีศึกษา วิทยาลัยสยามบริหารธุรกิจ จังหวัดนนทบุรี ของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 30 ฉบับ/คน  (1) ด้านกายภาวนา คะแนนอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 49.52, รองลงมาคะแนนระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 22.86, และคะแนนในระดับน้อย มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 4.19 (1) ด้านศีลภาวนา คะแนนอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 46.67, รองลงมาคะแนนระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 30.47, อยู่ในระดับน้อยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 21.91. (๓) ด้านจิตตภาวนา คะแนนอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 48.89, รองลงมาระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่  25.33, ระดับน้อย มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 25.00. (4) ด้านปัญญาภาวนา คะแนนอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 48.57, รองลงมาคะแนนระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 23.81, ลองลงมาระดับน้อย มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 23.33. 

          2. ข้อเสนอแนะต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนานักศึกษาตามหลักภาวนา 4 : กรณีศึกษา วิทยาลัยสยามบริหารธุรกิจ จังหวัดนนทบุรี จากแนวปัญหาอุปสรรค ของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 3 สรุปได้ว่า  (1) ด้านกายภาวนา  ควรทำตัวให้สงบไม่ฟุ้งซ่าน รู้จักการภาวนาในท่านั่งและนอน เพื่อผ่อนคลายอิริยาบถ (2) ด้านศีลภาวนา ควรรู้จักการสมาทานศีล รักษาศีลที่รับจากพระสงฆ์ เพื่อชำระกายและวาจาให้บริสุทธิ์  (3) ด้านจิตตภาวนา ควรมีการกำหนดจิตอารมณ์และสำรวมจิตอินทรีย์ให้อยู่กับตัวตนและให้เป็นปัจจุบัน (4) ด้านปัญญาภาวนา  ควรมีการสังเกต การรู้จักคิดวิเคราะห์ และศึกษาหาความรู้เพื่อประเทืองปัญญาคือความรอบรู้อย่างเหมาะสม

This research was the aims 1. To study a Model of Students’ Development in according to the 4 Bhãvanã: A Case Study of Siam Business College Nontaburi Province.  2. To comparison Development in according to the 4 Bhãvanã: A Case Study of Siam Business College Nontaburi Province according to personnel data. 3. To study the suggestion and solve problem to develop students by the 4 Bhãvanã: A Case Study of Siam Business College Nontaburi Province. The statistics for research as namely Frequency, Percent, Mean, Standard Deviation, t – test, analyze for One – way ANOVA. Therefore, the present for a Model of Students’ Development in according to the 4 Bhãvanã: A Case Study of Siam Business College Nontaburi Province. 

Result had found that:

          1. A Model of Students’ Development in according to the 4 Bhãvanã: a Case Study of Siam Business College Nontaburi Province of 3^rd vocational students as number 30 persons. (1) For Kaya- Bhãvanã, they were the most revel by average () as 49.52, for medium () as 22.86, and low level () as 4.19. (2) For Sila- Bhãvanã, they were the most revel by average () as 46.67, for medium () as 30.47, and low level () as 25.91. (3) For Jitta- Bhāvanā, they were the most revel by average () as 48.89, for medium () as 25.33, and low level () as 25.00. (4) Wisdom- Bhāvanā, they were the most revel by average () as 48.57, for medium () as 23.81, and low level () as 23.33. 

          2. Suggestion a Model of Students’ Development in according to the 4 Bhãvanã: A Case Study of Siam Business College Nontaburi Province, from problems and obstacles of the 3rd vocational students summarized as, (1) For Kaya- Bhãvanã, they should be calm cultivate concentration by sitting and sleeping to relax manner. (2) For Sila- Bhãvanã, they should know precept recite from monks for purify. (3) For Sila-Bhãvanã, they should set emotional and organic mobilize for the present, (4) Wisdom- Bhãvanã, they should observe analyzed then more studied for more wisdom by properly.
