การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำสถานศึกษาเชิงพุทธในยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่

Abstract

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจากแนวคิดของหลักภาวะผู้นำกับหลักพุทธธรรมพบว่า แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจากแนวคิดของนักวิชาการ พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำต้องพัฒนาตน 2) มีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล 3)ภาวะผู้นำตามสถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงยุคชีวิตวิถีใหม่ (new  normal in situations) 4) ภาวะผู้นำสามารถนำนวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยี มาใช้ได้ดี แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยบูรณาการกับหลักพุทธธรรม พบว่า การสร้างภาวะผู้นำต้องมีคุณลักษณะ 1) มีปัญญามองการไกล 2) ปรับเปลี่ยนการจัดการเรียนการสอนในระบบออนไลน์ 3) มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีมีคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4
