Abstract

การพัฒนาการบริหารการงานบุคคลในองค์การต่าง ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นภาคธุรกิจเอกชนหรือภาคราชการ การบริหารงานบุคคลมีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ทรัพยากรพื้นฐานในการบริหารงาน มีองค์ประกอบหลัก 4 อย่าง ได้แก่ บุคลากร เงิน วัสดุสิ่งของ และการจัดการบุคลากรถือเป็นทรัพยากรที่สำคัญที่สุด เพราะบุคลากรเป็นปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ และประสิทธิผลในการบริหาร และถือว่าเป็นทรัพยากรที่มีประโยชน์อย่างมหาศาลในกระบวนการผลิตตัวป้อนทั้ง 4 อย่างนั้น ปัจจัยทุกตัวต้องมีบุคลากร เป็นผู้ใช้ทรัพยากรอื่นเพื่อให้ได้ผลผลิตที่มีคุณภาพ ดังนั้น จึงมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่องค์การต้องพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีความรู้ความสามารถ มีแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานซึ่งจะส่งผลให้การปฏิบัติงานบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Development of Personnel Administration According to Buddhist Principle both private or government and then personnel administration have very important and for administrator as consist of 4 items as namely man money material and management. Persons were the most important resource, because man was an effective factor and the have an effectiveness to administrative. Because they were good effective useful for process from 4 matters. The all factor must be persons who used another factor for good effective product. So, there were an important organization for using person’s development to be knowledge ability motivation for works service. Therefore, they will be given result to succeed with an effectively.
