การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาวิชาชีพให้แก่ผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำจังหวัดลำพูน

บทคัดย่อ

         การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาของการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาวิชาชีพให้แก่ผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำจังหวัดลำพูน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บัญชาการเรือนจำจังหวัดลำพูน เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายการศึกษาและพัฒนาจิตใจในเรือนจำจังหวัดลำพูน ผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำจังหวัดลำพูนที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนเป็นนักศึกษาสายวิชาชีพ วิทยาลัยการอาชีพป่าซาง ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565 รวม 2 สาขาวิชา คือ สาขาวิชาช่างไฟฟ้ากำลังและสาขาวิชาช่างอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 85 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการวิเคราะห์ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัญหาของการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาวิชาชีพให้แก่ผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำจังหวัดลำพูน สภาพปัจจุบันโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกรายการโดยเรียงจากค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยคือ ด้านสื่อวัสดุอุปกรณ์และสถานที่ ด้านผู้เรียน ด้านการนำความรู้ไปใช้หลังพ้นโทษ และด้านครูผู้สอน

Abstract

           The objectives of this article was to examine the current conditions problems of vocational education management for prisoners at Lamphun Prison administration. The population used in the research included prison commander, education and mentality development officers and prisoners who registered to be vocational students of Pasang Industrial and Community Education College in Electrical Power and Electronic Department in the first semester of school year 2022, for a total of 85. The tools used in the research consisted of questionnaires. The data were analyzed by an application package for frequencies, percentages, mean and standard deviation.

            The results indicated that: Current conditions problems of vocational education management for prisoners at Lamphun Prison administration: The overall current conditions were at a high level.  In reviewing each aspect, it was found that all items were at high levels.  At ordering from high to low average values, the order was equipment media and building factors, learner factors, teacher factors and applying knowledge after out of prison factors.
