Satisfaction toward Program in Human Resource Management in Faculty of Management Science at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University

Abstract


The objectives of this research were 1) to study satisfaction level toward program in human resource management in Faculty of Management Science at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, 2) to compare satisfaction level toward program in human resource management classified by gender and education level. The sample were 213 students including freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors in Human Resource Management  Program in Faculty of Management Science at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University in the second semester of the academic year 2016. The Questionnaire was used as the tool for data collection. The data was analyzed in term of frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, T-test, One – way ANOVA, and Scheffe method. The results from this research indicated as follows:

          1.   Satisfaction toward program in human resource management in Faculty of Management Science at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University was at the highest level (Mean=4.40, S.D.=0.31).

          2.   Students with different gender had no the different level in satisfaction toward program in human resource management. Furthermore, students with different education level had the different level in satisfaction toward program in human resource management with the statistical significance at .05 level.
