The impact of building a learning organization on organizational innovativeness

Abstract


In the midst of increasingly intense global competition, technology has made a significant contribution to changing the way of people’s lives in many ways, making innovation an important competitive advantage of the organization for long-term stability and sustainability. At present, there are interesting issues that are trying to link among innovation, organizational innovativeness and learning organization. A number of studies have reflected that building a learning organization has an impact on organizational innovativeness. Thus, the main purpose of this academic article is to analyze the impact of building a learning organization on organizational innovativeness by trying to explain the overall impact of learning organization on organizational innovativeness in five aspects, namely, product innovativeness, market innovativeness, process innovativeness, behavioral innovativeness and strategic innovativeness.
